A couple of weeks ago Lex Pelger, host of the Greener Grass podcast, dropped by my sensory lab in Fort Collins to tape an interview. His first questions were about my career in the science of smell and how smell works. Midway through (around the 16:45 mark) he turned to my latest research interest: creating quantitative aroma profile for cannabis strains.
